Resurrection of Indoor Basketball Draws Near


BE announce new Roadmap with Indoor Training back from 17th May and Competition from 21st June

Basketball England announced last week that 'The route back to basketball ‘normality’ is starting to become clearer' by unveiling a new Return To play Roadmap including the following dates:

  • 8th March: Outdoor play alone or with one other household
  • 29th March: Outdoor team training to a maximum of 30 per court with no spectators
  • 17th May: Indoor team training to a maximum of 30 per court with limited spectators
  • 29th June: All restrictions removed, full competition permissible

All dates are contingent on government guidelines that may change based on how successfully the coronavirus is being contained.
